All payments on the website are processed by PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. You can also pay via card through the PayPal processing system. We do not store your card details, these are solely processed by the 3rd party provider. Bank transfer is also available on request. 

You will be advised of an estimated dispatch date upon order, please allow up to 2 – 4 for custom items to be dispatched. For pre-orders, please allow up to 4 weeks. In stock items are posted within 3 working days. 

Postage is charged at cost, standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, larger orders will be sent by My Hermes. The customer has full choice of what level of postage to have their order shipped as.

Colours included in The Hippie Dyer products are very secure and the chances of running or fading are very slim provided you treat the products as you would your normal washing; unless otherwise stated (wraps, for example). The best care for your Hippie Dyer products is to wash at 30 degrees and tumble dry with care. Do not bleach. 

Should your order not arrive, please contact The Hippie Dyer, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days (for UK orders) has elapsed. This is due to Royal Mail policy on items classed as lost.

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of The Hippie Dyer. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
